Our

Mission

The Puppy Water Entertainment Foundation’s (PWEF) mission is to heal, to teach and discover, in order to assist in advancing the field of Mental Health.

How?

We do this by creating educational film and providing direct services within Northern and Southern California. In order to provide measurable impact outcomes to create change, all of our services and productions are rooted in clinical research conducted by lead federal agencies .

Vision

Our vision is to become a premier Mental Health Nonprofit that not only takes on a three dimensional approach to advancing the field of Mental Health, but to also serve as a blueprint for other organizations (non-profits/NGO’s, etc.) to create change in their communities.
